With hundreds of Bible Bowlers set to descend on university campuses this summer, we wanted to let you know we are paying close attention to statements from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization regarding the novel Coronavirus (which causes the disease COVID-19) and are following the guidelines from these agencies, local health departments, and the local venue host. The well-being of everyone in the Bible Bowl family is of the utmost importance.
In light of all the uncertainty around this situation, we wanted to let you know that we are extending the deadlines for all three of the events this summer.
Milligan, KCU Summer, and Nationals all have an April 30th deadline. Because some teams may have fewer players than normal, we are allowing two man teams this summer. Please note that this is a short term, emergency provision.
Please register quickly so we can make any adjustments as needed. The faster we know the number of teams attending our events, the better we will be able to plan for them and the better the events will be!
We will continue to follow this situation closely while moving forward with plans to deliver exceptional events. You can expect an updated status report on or before the first week of May.
Should you choose to cancel any of your trips due to health concerns you must notify us two weeks prior to the event at email@example.com to request a refund of the event registration fee (minus credit card processing fees). However, we cannot refund any travel-related expenses.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (321) 972-5390
