Nationals at Ozark Christian College

• Opens: March 25 delayed until March 31, 10:00 am Eastern
• Closes: April 15, 11:59 pm Eastern
• Refund deadline: April 15 (all refunds will be minus a 5% fee we are charged)

• The event starts at 6:00p- 8:00p with check-in in the Chapel lobby. All groups MUST check-in in person during this time (even those staying off-campus). Your group will not be included in the schedule if you do not check-in in person during this time.
• The event will end by 4:00p on Thursday, June 19.
• A detailed schedule will be provided upon check-in

Note: There is no on-site registration of new people. Everyone must be registered before you arrive. If you wish to attend and aren’t registered, you must email us at office@biblebowl.org immediately to confirm space availability. This includes swapping one registered person for another.

New this season:

• There are now on-campus and off-campus housing options. Those electing to stay off-campus are responsible for their own housing and off-campus groups must still arrive for check-in on Monday, June 16.
• There is no on-campus family housing available, so if you want to stay with your family, you will need to choose the off-campus option.
• There is now an “attend only” option for spectators which does not include food; however, players cannot opt-out of food and there is no cost reduction should a player choose not to eat in the cafeteria. Anyone staying on-campus must also have food included.

PLAYERS:

• On-campus housing with food: $325 ($150 due now, $175 at check-in)
• Off-campus housing with food: $285 ($110 due now, $175 at check-in)
• (There is not an option for players to register without food)

QUIZMASTERS/ADULT SPECTATORS:

• On-campus housing with food: $225 ($150 due now, $75 at check-in)
• Off-campus housing with food: $185 ($110 due now, $75 at check-in)
• Attend only (no food, housing, or t-shirt): $75 (You will not be able to register for this option online; you must email office@biblebowl.org with your name)
• Day pass option: $25 per day (You will not be able to register for this option online; you must email office@biblebowl.org with the name and specific day(s))

MINOR SPECTATORS:

• On-campus housing with food: $175 ($150 due now, $25 at check-in)
• Off-campus housing with food: $135 ($110 due now, $25 at check-in)
• Attend only (no food, housing, or t-shirt): $25 (You will not be able to register for this option online; you must email office@biblebowl.org with your name)
• Day pass option: $10 per day (You will not be able to register for this option online; you must email office@biblebowl.org with the name and specific day(s))

• Housing is available Sunday night and/or Thursday night for a charge of $25 per person per night. You must email office@biblebowl.org by April 15 to request this.
• Early/Late housing is only available to those who are staying on campus for the entire event.

• Housing in the campus dorms is for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.
• All campus dorms are gender segregated with a common bathroom.
• There are 2-3 people in each room; we will attempt not to mix groups, but this is dependent on response and there are no guarantees.
• NOTICE: Should the dorms fill up, rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, which means part of a group could get housing and part could not. We will confirm within 2 business days of your registration whether or not you have on-campus housing.
• Everyone must be out of the dorms by 5:00pm Thursday evening unless you have already arranged for extended housing (see Early/Late Housing above).
• Reminder: You must bring your own linens, pillows, towels, soap, etc. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing provided in the dorms.

The college has stipulated that the following are not allowed on campus in any form: the possession or use of tobacco products, vaping products, alcohol, illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, or other weapons of any kind.

Those with food allergies must email office@biblebowl.org by April 15 to request special meals; these requests will be communicated to the cafeteria manager and are not guaranteed.

The Senior Banquet (Wednesday dinner) is a time for seniors, their parents, and sponsors to celebrate and reflect on their time in Bible Bowl.

• IF YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH FOOD: We are happy to announce that this year there will be no charge for those who are registered with the food option!
• IF YOU ARE REGISTERED WITHOUT FOOD: You will be charged $25
• IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED: You will need to register for a Day Pass for Wednesday (see cost above) AND you will be charged $15 for the dinner.

Please email office@biblebowl.org with the following information: Each Senior’s name, and the name of their parents, family members, and sponsors wishing to attend with them.

All adults (non-players) staying on campus are required to provide a background check. Group leaders checking in will be asked to certify that all adults in their group have had a background check within the last 3 years. Individuals checking in on their own must have provided a background check by emailing it to office@biblebowl.org. Your group will not be able to check-in until all adults have provided this. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ozark has a wide variety of activities for our evening free time, including:

• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Pickleball
• Ultimate Frisbee

• Buzzer boards
• Bedsheets, pillow, etc.
• Towels
• Toiletries
• Sports attire if you choose to participate

We will be using live scoring again, but EVERYONE MUST USE THE SCORE-PRO MODULE INSIDE THE BIBLE QUIZZER APP. Install the Bible Quizzer App, then tap Purchase, then find the Free Score-Pro module for Bible Bowl.
